RETURNS & LIFETIME GUARANTEE 

At Jansen Quality Garment Co., we believe a well-made garment should last. Every piece we produce is 100% sourced and made in the United States using natural materials, 100 % traceable, and 100% guaranteed for life against any manufacturing defects.

Returns

If your garment isn’t quite right, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

Returned garments should not show signs of wear, be unwashed with tags still on. Once we receive and review the return, we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment within 5 business days.

A shipping fee of $5 will be deducted from the total return amount unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case all shipping costs will be covered by Jansen Quality Garment Co.. Reusing the original packaging is encouraged.

To initiate a return, do so from your order in your customer account at account.jansen-store.com and we will respond within 48 hours.

Lifetime Guarantee

Every Jansen Quality Garment Co. garment is backed by a lifetime guarantee.

If your garment doesn’t hold up the way it should due to a manufacturing defect or garment failure unrelated to normal wear and tear, we’ll make it right.

Depending on the situation, that may mean repairing the garment, replacing it, or offering store credit or a refund. All claims made in good faith will be considered.

Our promise is simple: We believe our garments should last, and if they don’t due to a preventable issue on our end, we’ll make it right.

However, we reserve the right to refuse a warranty claim if we believe the claim is made in bad faith or the garment was not used for its intended purpose.

International Lifetime Warranty

If you purchased your Jansen garment outside the United States, your lifetime warranty still applies. We will work with you to find the best resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or store credit.

International customers are responsible for return shipping as well as any local taxes, import duties, clearance fees, etc. related to your replacement unless otherwise agreed.

Include your order number, photos and a description of the problem, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

For garments purchased at an authorized stockist, please include the name of the stockist and a picture of the receipt if possible.
